What this is

This application is an internal staff scheduling tool provided by Absolute Dermatology to its employees. Accounts are issued by Absolute Dermatology to people who work there. It is not open to the public, and it is not a patient service.

Using your account

Your account is yours — do not share it or your sign-in link. Use the application for your work: viewing your schedule, requesting time off, reporting a call-out, and, if your role calls for it, arranging coverage. Information about your colleagues' schedules and availability is confidential to the practice.

Text messages

Text alerts are optional. They are off until you turn them on, and you consent to them yourself in the application rather than having somebody enable them for you. They are used only to tell the people arranging coverage that someone has called out.

Message frequency varies with how often call-outs happen. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also switch them off under Text alerts in the application. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accuracy

The schedule shown here is the practice's working record, and it changes — a published week can still be edited when someone calls out. Check the application for the current position rather than relying on an older copy or screenshot.

Availability

We aim to keep the application running during working hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access ends when your employment ends, or sooner at Absolute Dermatology's discretion.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the application means the current version applies.
